that is a semi-good question. Obviously, none of those medications contain the morphine molecule in them.
As stated, those medications are
APAP/Codeine - tylenol #3 = codeine + acetaminophen
Amoxicillin - self explanitory
amox/clav - generic Augmentin = amoxicillin + clavulate acid
ibuprofen - generic Motrin = ibuprofen
The very complicated complete scientific pharmacokinetic answer to your question, however, is YES, but in directly.
When codeine is consumed by a human being, it gets metabolized by certain organs and certain enzymes. It just to happens, whenever your body metabolizes codeine, a small % is turned into morphine, therefore answering your question, codeine trully does contain morphine, when speaking of a human consuming it.

None of the drugs you listed contain morphine. You must have meant apap/codeine 30 not 300. Codeine will show up in a drug screen for approximately three days after you take it. It will show up as an opiate. Morphine is also an opiate. Opiate means it is derived from opium, which comes from a poppy plant.

There is not morphine in any of the medications you list. The amoxicillin, amox/clav, and ibuprofen have nothing at all to do with morphine. However, codeine is metabolized (transformed in liver) into morphine, which is thought to be why codeine has pain relieving properties.

APAP is simply the same as acetaminophen (Tylenol).
AcetaParaMinoPhenol ... ACETAparaMINOPHENol ...
Codeine is similar to morphine (it's a narcotic) but is not the exact same. Amoxicillin might in some cases, but probably not. The Amoxi/Clav is amoxicillin and clavulanate, both antibiotics.
Ibuprofen that you buy over the counter (like what you described) does not contain morphine, but there are some prescription ibuprofen/morphine combinations.
