I don't know, but believing those test, I must be a genius (something about 162). I don't think that gives a good "diagnostic" of intelligence!
Happy new year, and sorry for my english...

100 is average
200 and something is the highest
above 160 something is genius
below and around 70 is classed as being seriously below average
those are for a general test
however different IQ tests have different gradings
which goes to show they aren't very accurate at all

There is no minimum IQ required to be a genius, as genius usually isn't quantified by an IQ test. However, 150 means about 1 in 2500 achieve such a score, so anything around that or higher probably means you're a genius.
The highest possible IQ depends on the test and the standard deviation. However, using an SD of 15 the highest possible IQ is about 195, but currently there are no tests that can accurately measure IQ in this range. Not to mention it's extremely rare; only 1 in a billion achieve a score of 190 or higher. Individuals that crack the 180 mark are usually deemed as 'unmeasurably intelligent', and even then psychologists usually have to estimate IQ's above 170 because the tests simply cannot go beyond that.
Below average is usually classified as under 90...so 80 to 90. 70-80 is on the slow side. Under 70 is usually associated with mental retardation.

There's really no min or max. The reason is that the number is based on how you score compared to others when 100 is average. I do know that the highest recorded score was Marilyn vos Savant with 228. She's an American woman who worked (I don't know if she still does...) for Parade magazine.
