Hey guys, I have a missing tooth but the root is still there and become infected.. I cant get a dental appointment for 2 days so went to the doctor instead and got a course of anti biotics & 20 50mg Difene tablets...
I have taken 1 Difene 50mg, 2 (Soluable) Solphadene and 2 (Soluable) Disprin but my mouth is still KILLING me, I had to come home from work a few mins ago....

An ice pack could be helpful but you need to find a dentist who will take you right away. call some dentists in your area. Many will take you in on an emergency basis. don't stop taking your antibiotics until they are all gone. Good luck

I had that a long time ago. Go see a dentist and he will give you a root canal.

If this works I don't know but how about soaking a cotton ball in Listerine and putting it on the infection? A woman I work with told me to do that when I had a serious toothache. I just had the root removed after the tooth was already gone and it was simple. I stayed hopped up on Tylenol or ibuprofen and orajel. Mine was done by an oral surgeon though. Call one and ask them for relief advice. I feel for you, sorry.

take a pinto bean and place it over the infected area for 30 minutes it draws up the infection or a potato is said to do the same thing as a bean also put a aspirin over the infection and let it dissolve on the tooth is a very helpful thing to do good luck

Alchohol rubbed on and a hot water bottle both work together to numb the pain.
