vicoden is nothing more than another drug called oxy-coten which is also called oyx-cotten they just added the drug thats in tylenol so people could`nt shoot it up with needles i`d say about 14 days since that seems to be the norm with any drug, they are highly addictive and should be used only as directed by a physician since they are an opiate(made from opium)Sign in to vote!
