Btw. if you want to buy something frm Mongolia, their handicrafts - beads, necklace, bracelets, scrafts, mini pouch are well known & these are nice souvenirs to give away. <- my friend went there for hiking & brought back these as souvenirs :D

I work as a tour guide in Mongolia and when tourists want something they all want one thing and it is Mongolian cashmere!!. Mongolia has one of the best cashmere goats in the world. Cashmere scarfs or vest are the best thing to buy. The cashmere is excellent in Mongolia.
