I lost 5kg (11lbs) in 3 weeks by eating right and regular exercise.

Don't take any pills to loose weight, it's temporary weight loss and they will probably make you put on more weight in the end.

Have a look at my workout here;

Lose weight slow and healthy and it will be permanent weight loss and you can go to tons of weddings and not worry about a thing!

Take care,
Andrew

    Any pills containing Ephedrine, although i wouldn't recommend using them on a long term basis. Slimming pills don't however, work for everyone. If it's only a few pounds you are wanting to lose why not try eating smaller portions, reduce your fat and sugar consumption and try doing some cardio vascular exercises such as cycling, brisk walking, jogging or swimming, 3 or 4 times weekly. If you follow this from now until your wedding day i guarantee you'll shift those lbs for your special day. Slimming Pills are only a quick fix and can cause terrible side effects such as palpitations, insomnia, dizziness, dry mouth etc, i know, i have used them in the past..
    Anyway, no matter what you do good luck..

    Slimming pills are over-rated and can be dangerous, don't risk any side effects since you're getting married soon.

    I've recently bought this system from www.gimmeweightlossnow.com

    It's a step-by-step system that teaches you how to lose weight fast in 70 days. Hope that's enough time for you hahaha

    The system teaches the right mindset, exercise, the right diet and how to go about taking the first step, and carry on thru the last final step. There's only 10 steps in that system.

    It's working for me so far, I'm sure it'll work for you too, cheers!

    Oh ya, congratulations on your wedding! Wuuhuuu!

    I suggest you read this; http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/articles/art…

    Diet and exercise will be far safer, healthier and generally better for you. I personally wouldn't go near slimming pills.

    I have a friend who used BALLERINA weight loss pills. She said you must use it only for 2 weeks because the adverse effect would be insomnia. The pills' effect is to depress the appetite. Side effect would be dry mouth. She lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks.

    None. None of them work at all. I used to sell that crap and I quit the job because I just couldn't lie to people.

    The only kind that really do anything are fibre pills. They expand in your stomach and make you feel full so you eat less, but that won't make you lose weight per se.

    A good diet and excersise is the only thing that actually works.
