IF u were planning to take the direct flight from Kuala Lumpur which is with Malaysia Airlines (with stops at JHB,CPT) it would def be expensive expect something around 6000++ Ringgit .. OH YES ! maybe if u went thru a travel agent it might be a little cheaper...
