Adrenaline overdose?

(for the sake of a story I'm writing)
Is there such a thing as an adrenaline overdose? If yes, is it fatal? What are the symptoms/signs, in what order, and how quickly does it kill?
Yeah, I know. It's a bit morbid but I like to be accurate :)

Yes, adrenaline (epinephrine) overdoses are not uncommon. Often when the wrong dilution is administered via the wrong route, the result is catastrophic, e.g. a 1:1000 dilution being delivered intravenously rather than subcutaneously during a suspected anaphylactic episode. The signs are generally easily recognizable as acute increase in heart rate, blood pressure and a quick degeneration from NSR to a tachycardic or lethal rhythm.
