I took a MAS Flight with my 20mth infant to auckland, sadly the service was bad?

the journey is almost 9hrs but the service so bad they dont even bother to help and no seat belts for baby provided. but tickets charged for infant. the nz flight to wellington was good service even though short distance they take care the safety of baby. whats wrong with MAS? they dont want customer?

Lodge an official complaint by emailing to MAS Public Relation Officers (PRO) and highlighted all your displeasure regarding the poor services provided during the MAS flight to Auckland.

You must furnished your Flight ticket details, Flight No and departure date from KLIA for MAS PRO to follow-up your case.

Await for MAS PRO favourable reply to you.

i thank you all for your concern and answer. i will take your advise and will mail to MAS of my displeasure during the flight and if no reply i will take the second cause of action mentioned. This is not only for my sake but for all travellers with child/infant in future. Thanks again

If you don't get a sensible reply, report MAS to IATA (International Air Transport Association). They are members, and have to uphold standards, otherwise will get a very severe warning.

They will be most concerned that there were no suitable safety measures for baby.
