Greece is full of things to see if you like history and relics. I can't begin to recommend stuff to see; you simply have to see everything. Too much history... what a place! Amazing people, lovely weather, excellent food... you'll love it.
When in Germany, stop in Berlin, Frankfurt (2nd largest city in the country, I think), Hamburg (2nd largest harbour in Europe). Make sure you go to Munich in the south of Germany and stop by the Black Forest in the south west of the country; gorgeous!
I lived in London for a year. Nice place but I enjoyed Scotland so much more. There's more variation in Scotland in terms of mountains, cliffs, weather... London is great for the museums, galleries, night life... so it depends which matters to you more.
Austria is amazing! Particularly late winter/early spring - it'll be getting a little warm, but still have the snow caps on its mountains. Great for skiing or snowboarding and the scenery is just breathtaking!!
Vienna is beautiful - so much art and history.
As for Italy, well... am sure you know the basics: Rome, Milan, Turin, Venice... All great particularly Rome. You'd be walking out of a coffee shop, look behind you and there'd be some huge roman temple in the middle of the city.
What they've done is that they build the modern city around and between and ancient relics to a truly wonderful effect. Nothing is too far to see or find in Rome. It's very handy.
Haven't seen much of the Balkan countries (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Albania) so I can't suggest much there.
Sorry I was on for long, but there's far so much more to see!! lol..
Enjoy your trip!
