Those countries you mentioned prefer USD because people do not value their own currencies and they are not strong and stable. As far as i am concerned the government of Myanmar does not like USD but prefer Euro eventhough it's people like to hold USD. A few years ago, the government of Myanmar even stopped accepting USD because of hostility towards the US government. Now the Myanmar government accepts USD but still they would prefer other currencies especially Euro.

i di not know Burman prefer to use Euro rather than USD , but all poor countries in Africa and the country i mention all suka USD
