Maybe there is more corruption in Indonesia....The governments of Burma, Loas and Camboia are emerging new economies, and foreign governments are putting in a lot of investments.......

May be because the government overprints it. Printing excessive amounts of money is called "inflating" and tends to drive prices higher.

The perfect answer are they are too corrupted. The Government are loosing the money but other party are making it in un healthy way. Singapore and Malaysia are doing the right way.
