Can i take KLIA express to go KLIA to pick up someone?

sorry if its a bit confusing.

i'm taking the ktm to kl sentral, then take klia express straight to klia.
my question is, where does the train stop? like at the Departure section or Arrival?

if it stops at the Departure section, is it far to go to the Arrival section?

KLIA Express trains stop at Level 1. The arrival hall is on the 3rd level whereas the departure hall on the 5th level. Both levels are directly above the KLIA Express station. Take an escalator or a lift to go up to the levels above.

KLIA express is very comfortalbe and has extra space for luggages and of course it is fast and safe from KLIA to KL Sentral vice versa

Yes you can. The train goes to the first level of KLIA.

Departure is level 5 and Arrival is level 3. So all you need to do when you reach KLIA is to take the lift or escalator upstairs and voila, you are at the Arrivals section.
