How many Wide Receivers are allowed on one side of the play in the NFL. If this was allowed one of the wide receivers would have to be off the line, right?

Actually Johnathan, if you have 4 WR's and one TE you can have all 4 on one side and the TE on the other.
Otherwise, in a 5 WR set, it's 4-1.Sign in to vote!

It depends on how many receivers are on the field. For example, if there are 5 receivers, then you can have 4 on one side and 1 on the other. If you have 4 receivers then you can have 3 on one side and 1 on the other.Sign in to vote!
