How come my sound isn't working?

Question

when i go to control panel and click sounds and audio devices it says "no audio device"...how do i fix this.. i need help please????

Make sure your antivirus is installed
• Right click My Computer
• Manage
• Device Manager
• Sounds & Audio Controls
If there is a yellow question mark next to one or more of the drivers, then right click & "Update Driver"
Also check "Other Devices". There may be addition audio drivers within.

Also Check
• Start
• Control Panel
• Sounds & Audio Devices
• Volume
• Speaker Settings
• Advanced
• Speaker Setup
• Desktop Stereo Speakers
• Apply
• OK
