1994 proof or mint set?
I want to buy a 1994 proof or mint coin set. What is the difference between Proof and Mint? I know that "Mint" Is like a shinier Mirror like surface especially made for collectors but is "Proof" worth as much? Both of them have never been touched before right?
and Also, I heard that 1994 sets come in Silver? What is the history behind that and will that be worth more in say 20 years?

I am going to assume you are asking about US Mint sets. In 1994, the US Mint produced four different mint sets: Prestige Proof set, Silver Proof set, Proof set, and Uncirculated set. The "proof" coins have a mirror finish and are made with specially polished dies and are usually struck multiple times while "uncirculated" coins are made for circulation but set aside for collectors and typically do not reflect as clear an image. I hope that helps.
