good question! im a new girl in school actually, and new girls (i know from experience) are usually pretty shy, and would like someone to come up to them, and talk to them. generally new people feel kind of alone, just because everyone already has their group of friends, so i would just go up to her and start talking to her. ease in, don't just cut to the chase. get to know her and exchange numbers. say something cute like, maybe we can hang out this weekend, but i need your number. and take it from there. hope i helped! she will be really excited that someone is making an effort to get to know her! good luck! NO stupid!!!!! that Mrs. green r whatever is crazy!!!! confident is cool in a guy but dont act all ego. start hanging out with her ask her questions about what she likes. be FUNNY dont use cheap lines straight out directly ,maybe say " okay which line is best??" and then try some out with her. but DONT be annoying she might smile and laugh but its really un atractive.
