Can anyone give me a list of "Bad" tasting Corals?

i have a Salt water aquarium and have green spotted puffers, i will like to add some corals

It depends on more factors... lighting? water chemistry?

lighting is the main factor for corals, power compacts T5 metal halides are all reef lighting if you want to put it. You need to make sure you have enough wattage, PAR, and type of lighting.

Water chemistry, what are your calcium, strontium, magnesium, iodine, and carbonate levels? are they even in range for corals?

and finally tankmates, GSP are eh.... well not suitable for a reef tank as they will pick on corals and inverts which is why they are best in brackish water tanks IMO.

It does vary from puffer to puffer but soft corals can be fine or they can be eatten. There probably are not bad tasting corals that would diter the puffers from eattign them. Try plastic or silicon fake coral instead.
