My 1993 crysler new yorker won't start up and makes a series of clicking noises, I replaced the starter......?
I replaced the starter, and charged up the battery can anyone else tell me whats wrong?

It's a battery issue. If the posts are clean you might need to change the battery.

Possible battery to starter lead has loose connection at starter end.If not,your battery though charged,is bad,probably not holding charge.

In the future, 1 click is a starter, multiple clicks is the battery.

clean the battery posts and terminals and make sure connection is good at the starter
