What's Happend?? Why have all symptoms just disapeared!!?

Question

ok so my last period was the 17 Oct had sex around time of ovulation. Then on the 2nd of november my were extremely red and so sore i wasn't sure what it was i went to my doctors for examination and she advised there were no infection or anything to be concerned about it was highly likely i am pregnant she did a pregnancy test which was negative but advised it is too early to test, Ii have woke up today and now my boobs are fine?? i had being having nausea and high sense of smell. but now that seems to have one to. I wasn't trying to get pregnant this month in fact i had totally given up hope after so many months of trying, My AF is due a week today. So pregnant or not??

Has anyone else had this??? or knows what it could be??
Really thought that this was my month now totally confused and upset.

a similar thing happened to me last month. I was 2 1/2 weeks late with no indication that my period was coming. However I did notice my breasts were swollen and slightly sore and I was going to the bathroom a lot more. Every hpt I took came out negative and when I went to the doctor he sent me for blood work.... negative. A day later I got my period. I hope for your sake that when your dr retests you you get a positive and that your period doesn't come for 9 more months! But it's hard to know for sure what can cause a late period. My dr reacted the same way as yours, saying I must be pregnant, which in my opinion made it all the more upsetting when my period did come. But I know he didn't mean it to. TTC is such an emotional roller coaster and my husband and I have been trying for over a year, so I know how upsetting something like this can be. I wish there were some way to know right away and be completely conclusive if you're pregnant or not! Good luck and I really hope this is your month!

Thank you for your answer But strangley my boobs have become sore againand have quite a few white spots around the aerola area, Not getting my hopes up though and going to wait till saturday to see if AF arrives, Hope she doesn't.But i have a strong feeling she will lol :)
