When does it snow in Burlington Ontario Canada ??? close to toronto like i want exact date or time of month?

There is no exact date or time of month when snow arrives. Some years it's early, some years it is late and some years it doesn't snow at all.
You can put up Christmas decorations any time you want - some people leave them up all year round.
Of course Santa is real. If he wasn't, would the magic of Christmas exist?

In Burlington sometimes it won't officially snow until after Christmas... By officially i mean that, it may snow before Christmas, but it just may not stay on the ground and accumulate until after Christmas time.

Honestly, it all depends still, you never really know these days... The weather is so different year by year....

I always hope for snow @ Christmas time,,,,, Keep hoping and maybe it will happen :)

About the Christmas decorations.... Around beginning of December is a good time!

Ofcourse Santa is real!! Its all a very magical time of year!
