Norton Recently came across this...What exactly is it and how do I get rid of it...and what do I get it from??

I'm new to Norton so I have no idea how to do that...It doesn't give me an option right off the bat to "delete it"

It does say it blocked the intrusion and there are no reccomended actions other than stop notifying me...Anyway to make sure it stops trying to get in?
