As demonstrated by The United States early years, the articles of confederation show how success begins with failure. The United States was united under the AOC for five years but it contained several weaknesses such as being unable to levy taxes and a weak federal government. Due to these weaknesses, there needed to be a stronger federal government. During the Annapolis convention, the constitution was created, thus making the federal government stronger. The United States failures from of the Articles Of Confederation lead to the creation of the constitution which is still used today. Thomas Edison’s quest for creating a light bulb shows how failure leads to success. Thomas Edison was an inventor who had tried to make a light bulb. He wasn’t successful the first time, in fact it took him numerous tries to develop a successful one. He tried many light bulb fillings such ahs hair but through doing that he learned which fillings not to use. Through all his failures he was able to discover the perfect type of filling to use. His success was made possible due to the many times that he failed in finding the perfect filling. The light bulb demonstrates how failing numerous times can lead to success. After a careful analysis of the Articles of Confederation and Thomas Edison’s light bulb one can see that indeed these demonstrate success through failure. Learning from failure allows lessons to be learned. Had the United States and Thomas Edison not learned from their failures, we would be living in a lightless country with a weak federal government .

I really would like some advice and any tips anyone can give me for becoming an actress. I am turning 20 in 3 days. I have never been able to pursue my life long dream because of my parents. And now I feel like I am running out of time. I don't just want this I need do do this! It's what I was born to do for the rest of my life!!! When I watch tv I don't just watch it, I use it as a learning guide and I repeat lines after they say them to view my ability with it, I watch their movement and how they interact, facial expressions. I've taken Drama classes been in school plays I was the Jr. High drama nerd lol. The thing is, I used to live in Sacramento, CA. but I left home at 18 because of certain stuff and now I live in Arkansas. I am married, have a baby girl and I have brought back the old me that wants to pursue my life long passion of Acting. It never left me, I just got strayed from actually pursing it...Arkansas has nothing to offer me. My husband is in the military so he can't just up and leave unless he can trasfer his home base??? His mom lives in Southern California. I REALLY want to move there so I can get on the ball and do this. No one is going to stop me I am determined and motivated...Sorry for that whole story NOW TO MY QUESTION: Can anyone give me any advice on what to do from here on out? There is absolutely nothing here in Arkansas to help pursue my dream...I need to be in LA so I can go to auditions everyday, and get an agent etc. Some advice please???? If I have to I will do it now as best I can and fly out everytime I have an audition..but that still wouldn't cut it. I want to go to either Ivana Chubbuck or Aaron Speiser acting school, haven't decided yet. So you see why I cannot just up and go, but I will I just need some advice on how to, a good plan to get in gear.

My girlfriend has been having abdominal problems for a while now. Its lower left abdominal pain that she describes as typically dull and lingering, but when it flares up its sharp and debilitating. And it usually didnt bother her too much unless she was on her feet running around or stressed out. She finally got into the doctor and was diagnosed (most likely) with IBS. He said that he was 90% sure but also ordered a CAT scan just to be sure there are no cysts or anything. She was prescribed Bentyl for the spasms but had been worried about the side effects. So yesterday was the 1st day she started taking it. We had gone to the mall the day before for like 5 hours, then went out that night. She wasnt drinking or anything but we think she overdid it a little bit. Anyway, yesterday she had much more consistently sharp pain. But she kept taking her pills and went to bed. Then around 330 AM she woke up with severe cramps. What I'm wondering is if Bentyl could have been the problem? Usually if she lays down, and especially when she sleeps, she has no problems. This was pretty unusual. Also I'm wondering if anyone else with IBS out there has flare ups caused by excessive movement. I know stress is a common cause of flares. But sometimes just taking a shower will cause her to have some pain. Thanks for any help!

My daughter turned 5 on Saturday and to celebrate we visited her grandparents and planned a small party there with family. Unbeknownced to us there was apparently some drama/dissagreement/tension among the family there, and as a result extended family, cousins, etc. did not show up. It was just me, hubby, a very dissapointed 5 yr old, and her grandparents. I had given my daughter her presents that morning along with b-day breakfast so the only gift she had to open at her "party" was from her grandparents. She was so heartbroken!!! She cried and asked me why no one came. It makes me almost cry just typing this. We did our best to make her day special, later taking her to Build-A-Bear Workshop for a new bear. But she was the saddest little girl that day. So my question is, can I/should I try and give her a birthday party next weekend? It would be a full week away from her actual b-day but does it matter?

Obviously no one except some people at apple know what they could be working on, but it seems like every year since release they come out with a new capacity that is twice the size as the previous highest capacity. I understand that flash memory usually works in 1,2,4,8,16,32,64,128 etc it seems. So do you think next year we will get a 128 gig iPod touch or will they simply add a 8, 16, or 32 flash memory upgrade to the 64 gig? On a side note I was forced into buying a new iPod when my 5.5 gen got water in it and decided to go with a 16 gig iPod touch and just manage my music better as I have about 40 gigs of music. I decided NOT to get a 32 gig because I didn't want to spend $400 when I was sure in september a 64 gig would come out even though no one had confirmed it or even rumored it that I knew of, and low and behold they did exactly when I said they would so I'm kinda wondering if I should buy a 64 gig now or wait until next year to see if they come out with a 128 gig although I think that's kind of unlikely they will actually double the cap this time around.
