  • Why can’t republicans accept that are hypocrites with SCOTUS judges it was not illegal and their insecurity about packing is not a priority ?

1.It was Republicans during an election that blocked a Democrat nominee from even being considered

2.It is Republicans that want to expedite having a republican on the supreme court without acknowledging the will of the people through an election.

3.It is Republicans that use their majority to put judges in office that had negative ratings by the judicial bar review organizations.

    4. So technically if all these actions by Republicans are legal and if they do not hold the majority or hold the presidency then why complain over legal protocol when they abused legal protocol to their advantage

5.If Republicans are already showing that they're unwilling to cooperate with Democrats and the will of the people during an election, because they hold the majority in Senate and white house then why are they afraid that Democrats are going to use their authority and to do what's in the best interest of the people Trump said elections have consequences so rather than complain about it or interrogate Democrats about it Republicans need to look at this as karma

     6. This country is still dealing with a pandemic, civil unrest due to strained race relations and a possible recession. If Republican are not in power over the senate or presidency then they lose their power to dictate the pace what priorities are address and identified

  • Why is it that people never the 3pros and 2 cons about transgender people competing in sports?

    pros

    1. Supports were never ever 100% equal and based on tangible factors like resources , officiating, some people born with physical advantages in height/ muscles, weight , some people born with physical disability, not everyone recovering from injuries the same way,  some people cheating, differences in coaching and nutrition , differences in motivation and heart sports were never equal and will never be 100% equal.

    2. Rules have changed for safety and to minimize the dominance of a particular athlete. In basketball for example look how the rules were changed because wilt chamberlain , Shaq and MJ were so dominate

    3. Despite physical disadvantages countless occasions in sports prove that an individual can overcome size disparities. Think about it a black belt has a deceive advantage   over a white belt regardless of size, gender

     cons

    1. some sports are have a bigger focus just on strength rather that  anything else and it does not provide an opportunity to implement a strategy in offense or defense against like for example power lifting and throwing javelin

    2. not every support adjust rules to minimize individual dominance and ensure safety at the same pace. So think about how many people could get hurt or how long individual dominance would stagnate a sport before change is implemented.

  • Why is it that people don't want to admit that Democrats are the political party with comprehensive plan and Republicans are the troll party?

Weather people want to believe it or not if you look at every campaign in general in this country Democrats are the ones presenting and in general with a more comprehensive plan. Democrat s present answers now someone could argue based on their individual situation or their personal beliefs that those answers might not be in a certain person's best interest or may conflict with someone's beliefs. Republicans tend to complain and don't answer any exact answer. Popular answer that they often say is let's cut taxes, preserve Confederate monuments, anti suffer gun control laws and increase military spending. When it comes to items such as healthcare, environment, immigration , improving economy, and addressing the racial/cultural divide Republican party currently  or just the party of trolls and fear mongering with no one answers to it the big questions

  • Why is it that in the US School debates and school book reports are held to a higher standard than political debates?

There it is more accountability and fact checking in a school debate and of school book report. You could never get away with it in a book report or a school debate in 2 weeks.   Debates are supposed to be informative , have comprehensive details and site sources to persuade individuals. current political debates are the equivalent of a  hybrid of a prep rally and a MMA pre-fight conference. Currently there's more antagonizing, vague information with little substance or details, hype and antagonizing

  • Who else thinks that republican wanting to replace RBG before the election shows  hypocrisy, how cowardly ,can't  play the long game.?

Hypocrisy- Obama’s Supreme Court Judge pick was made 10 months before the senate prevented him from having a fair shot at presiding over the court

Being Cowardly – Despite holding the majority in the senate and holding the white house they are afraid they will lose their seats after the election so want to expedite confirmation of a Supreme Court pick

Inability to play the long game- the Democrats counter attack is obvious win congress and the presidency eliminate the filibuster and pack the courts. This will either be done during this election or in the future. Now if Republicans knew how to play the long game they would negotiate with the Democrats to gets something they want and to pass a bill that would eliminate the filibuster and possibility to pack the courts. From a common sense stand point Democratic Judges in the Supreme Court are older so if this were implemented the republicans would control the Supreme Court for a lot longer.

  • Why do you think people do not acknowledge the following facts with regards to culture and accountability aspects of police brutality ?

    1. Despite the fact that disproportionally amount of minorities are victims of police brutality/ abuse of power . Police brutality occurs in all races in the US

    2. It is illogical to think that the only police brutality only occurs when someone produced a video of it or when someone dies (statistically it is not very feasible that another police officer did ever occur in front of another officer

    3. The blue code of not telling on other officer that engage in police brutality/ abuse of power is a sign of a defective aspect in law enforcement culture and it is counterproductive . There is a need for enablers need to be punished

    4. Police officers are hired to serve protect , enforce the law and adhere to a due process system. Police officers are not hired to be mercenaries.

    5. Police officers are trained to address several real life scenarios . Police officers are given several weapons to address different situations. If an officer is guilty of excessive force/ over kill due to not following protocol than they should be subject to consequences

    6. Part of enforcing the law is to adhere to a due process system. Regardless of what accused has allegedly done the police are held to a high standard and deviating from that standard/ expectations is counterproductive for those in charge with enforcing the laws.

  • Who else thinks it will be hypocritical if Republicans try to get a supreme Court judge nominated before the election?

Remember the Republicans blocked Obama from appointing a supreme Court judge one year before the election. This is literally 6 weeks before the election and RBG died today

  • Why were so many places able to succeed from Soviet Union and not the US?

The Soviet Union has nuclear weapons and could strategically take a self-inflicted wound exterminate one country that wants to succeed and make a statement. This approach lacks humanity and compassion but is cost effective. Even if the Soviet Union did not use nuclear weapons the size of the military could have dominated other countries trying to succeed.

The US has not allowed any territories or state to succeed. The US has granted independence to former US territories like Philippines and Cuba. Right now, it is unrealistic. But from 1776-1870 I would say states would have the best chance of being able to get their independence if they wanted to. From 1870- 1933 states and territories would have still had a shot of getting their independence not as strong as before but still a shot. From 1939-1964 the likelihood of states and US territories would have been a major longshot to get their independence from the US but they would have been in a significantly much better position to get their independence from US then the countries that got their independence from Russia.

  • Why don’t republicans comprehend the following about that manufacturing and tax breaks for the wealthy?

    1. Without oversight and accountability tax breaks to the wealthy are counter productive because it is designed for individuals to have blind faith that the wealthy will use the tax breaks to stimulate the economy. Blind faith is for religion not for government

  • Why do we keep the broken outdated electoral college?

    1. The electoral college is mathematically incorrect if you think about it California has 12% of the population is 63 times bigger than Wyoming but California only gets 55 electoral college votes and Wyoming gets 3. California is almost 12% of the United States population Wyoming is about .17%. 2. For 80 to 90% of the states voting is a formality and does not make any difference and since about 80 to 90% of the states in the United States are solid either Democrat or solid Republican. Unless a state is in danger of being a swing state or unless a candidate is so unpopular that a race is going to be highly contested if the race in one state is not close then one person's individual vote did not make a difference. 3. With the exception of swing States and closely contested races in a winner-take-all environment the majority of people's votes don't count. 4. despite being US citizens individuals in the US territories cannot vote while they live in US territories. 5. The majority of states don't count ballots until the day of the election which causes the likelihood of fraud , chaos and crowds that could compromise voting. If elections had their votes counted several times at least 3-6 during a year it would be more accurate. 6. Gerrymandering is still present. 7. Election day is not national holiday which also creates more of a hectic mess. 8. There are no remote options for elections .

  • Who else thinks it's sad that more social reform can be accomplished by boycotting college sports than the Olympics?

Regardless of where you stand on social reform and protest it's  pretty sad that college sports  have more influence than professional sports or US national sports . College sports specifically NCAA were able to get Alabama to change their flag but if team USA were to say they were going to boycott the Olympics if Alabama didn't change their flag then Alabama would not care and they would still keep their flag. In this day and age when it comes to other aspects of social reform it seems like college sports have considerably more pool specifically since a lot of states don't have much to offer when it comes to professional sports teams.

  • Questions about people and politicians wanting to raise minimum to a living ?  ?

    1. if minimum wage was suddenly raised to a living wage what is the guarantee that this would stay that way and that there would not be hyper inflation with goods and services?

    2. Given the fact that there are significantly large quantities of people that have college degrees or certificates and are barely above the  poverty line and many after paying for health insurance and daycare are at the poverty line shouldn't it be a bigger priority to get these individuals to have a living wage especially since many work in education, non for profit , ect..
