It's been bugging me for a bit. It's from the 90's -- yeah, that narrows it down. I think it's set in a rural town, but one scene I remember is in a bar where a woman who works there is alone until a man comes in with a gun.
He doesnt wear a mask, heavier built, white, and holds his gun gangsta style.
He orders her to empty the register, which she does, he turns to leave, then turns back and says to her in a very monotone voice, "I don't leave any witnesses," and shoots her.
She survives the initial shooting, but she was staring off to nowhere breathing heavily, going into shock. No clue of she lived or died.
What I remember is that she was a brunette.
Very limited clues, but hoping someone might know.
