• Simple molarity calculation?

Can somebody check my math? I'm trying to figure out the molar concentration of bromophenol blue. The total volume of the solution is 10 mL, with 0.1 mL of 3 x 10^-4 M bromophenol blue. From my calculations, I got 3 x 10^6 M. Is this correct?

The data I have was obtained during a physiology experiment about the circulatory system, which involved recording subjects' blood pressure, EKG pattern, and pulse under specific conditions (at rest, after submerging arm in ice water, and after light exercise, respectively). As such, I'm required to perform a number of chi square tests to see if any changes evident in the data for the different treatments were of statistical significance. I've only done chi square tests on data in terms of frequency, i.e. how many times does X occur, relative to Y. These seem different, and I'm not quite sure how to set the calculations up. For example, one asks "Is there a significant change in heart rate between rest and exercise?" How do I approach this? Would I need to set some sort of discriminate value, specifying what would constitute a "significant" difference, or do I need to look at how many times heart rate was higher after exercise than it was at rest?

I have two Xbox 360 systems. One is the original system I recieved for Christmas during the launch year that got the RROD. Long story short, I sent it in for repairs and it still overheats (two red rings). My second Xbox 360 is the one I purchased after my first one got the RROD. It has worked fine for a few years, but now it isn't recognizing game discs, which means the disc drive is failing. Instead of sending it in to money-hungry Microsoft to get "fixed," I was wondering if it would be possible to take the working disc drive out of my first Xbox, and transplant it into the second. If anyone could give me any advice or link a tutorial that specifically deals with installing a new, Xbox brand disc drive that would be great. Thanks. Also, if it matters, one of the Xbox 360s is a pro system and the other is a core system. I assume the disc drives are pretty much identical.

As you may know, the answer should have an exponent of 8-15 = -7, but the answer shows an exponent of -8. Is there a setting or mode that is making this happen?

The person who's picking it up for me happens to be my dad, and his name is also on my bank account, so it's basically his credit card too. Will they let him pick up my order? I'm gonna make him take one of our bank statements, so if they give him any bull, he can prove that he's really my dad. This better work :(

Considering the fact that getting into U.S. medical schools is so hard, I'm thinking that my backup plan if I don't get in should be to become a PA. However, I have done a little research and have seen that, on average, PA's only make about $70,000 per year. While that is a decent salary, I don't feel like it does any justice to the six-year education required to get the job. I just don't understand why pharmacists, who get the same amount of education and do less in terms of direct patient care, get paid upwards of $50,000 more per year.
