Which nasal spray is better: the natural saline spray or an decongestant?
I use a saline spray to keep my nose healthy after suffering from chronic sinusitis but maybe these sprays are not perfect for noses, they seem to have a high concentration of salt. I remember feeling a burning sensation the first time I used this spray.2 AnswersAllergies1 week ago
Two years ago I got 4 sessions of facial radiofrequency for a scar (to make it less visible). I was about 20 years old then and my face going red after each session would always worry me a bit, especially since I was also asked to have sunscreen on my face before leaving the clinic and going home. But aside from redness I had no pain or burning sensation. Isn't that good?Other - Skin & Body2 weeks ago
My feet look terrible for years and I am very young, only 23 years old! Both feet are full of corns and cracked heel! I went to the dermatologist and she gave me multiple creams but the results don't make me happy, my feet are still ugly.

I had a strange evening this month and I still have no idea what actually happened, neither my workmates... I am not sure this was my generalized anxiety disorder.
I was in the bus of the bussiness that would get me and my workmates home from work at 10PM. After a short while I heard my workmate calling my name very loud and she scared me. Then I realized that I arrived at my stop and that somehow I didn't pay attention as I don't remember what happened before. I was scared for a few seconds and my other workmates had to calm me down before letting me get off the bus at my stop.

Can someone explain to me how is it possible to NOT get addicted and to NOT have any cravings? Me and my brother smoked one single cigarette when we were young, more than 10 years ago. Unfortulently my brother was made by his friends to smoke and he smokes one pack a day. However I seem to be fine, I NEVER had any cravings or felt the need to try another cigarette, even through I am near my smoking parents and my smoking workmates everyday. How come my brother started smoking and I haven't been addicted after just one cigarette?1 AnswerOther - General Health Care2 months ago
I feel that I might need some help. It all started in 2011 when I noticed a cold that was lasting way too long. Because the stuffy nose really annoyed me I started using a decongestant I got from a pharmacy. I didn't knew that it shouldn't be used more than 3-5 days until it was too late. Shortly after, even after about two-three weeks I noticed I still need the nasal decongestant day and night, every 6 hours, then every 4 hours, then every 2 hours etc. One night when I woke up after sleeping for an hour and needed to use the spray again I figured out I have a real problem with using this nasal spray. I decided to quit, it was a rough week when I endured nights without sleep and constant nasal congestion but it was worth it. I finally found a doctor in 2014 who treated my chronic sinusitis. It's been years since I haven't used decongestants but my nose keeps getting very dry and I feel the urge to put something in my nose, like water so that it can be wet. I think my past nasal spray addiction isn't over yet. What should I do?2 AnswersRespiratory Diseases3 months ago
