  • Do reeal estate agents profit on your home while or if its not sold yet?

I heard they have buyers who might not like your home and tell and call them later to sell them a home or list their home..while yours is not being sold. Also I heard that during OPEN houses agents have a great chance to get more listings and sell using your own home as adverstiement.

  • Is it better to take out a loan, or to go through a dept Consolidation company?

I got into a lot of trouble with credit cards a few years ago ,and have about $13,000 in dept. I’m struggling to get them down, and can’t handle it. I have excellent credit and I don’t want to ruin it. I need some advice so I can live in peace, and never travel down that road again.

Anyway... they dont know the answer and never will while they have their fingers in their ears and Satanic traditions blinding their minds.

So I have been babysitting for this wealthier couple. She has two kids, 3 and 4. And her two dogs that I am also responsible for feeding and letting outside. When she hired me she said occasionally they do an overnight and she would pay me at least 150 in those cases...She has been paying me AT LEAST 10 dollars an hour if not more including when they are asleep...She asked me last week if I would be interest in an overnight. She said to arrive at 4pm, and It would be from then to “early in the morning next day” I accepted. . At the last minute she asked if I could also watch the kids another day during the week. She ended up being gone for 4 hours. She got home and told me her husband lost her wallet and will pay me sunday...Saturday they left at 4:10, and Got home at 12pm sunday..and she was supposed to be home at 8... I didn’t care becUse at this point I believed I was being compensated..she paid me 160 for both days total!!!! This is definately not what we had agreed on, as she had said at least 150 for overnights...i was there 4 hours longer than what I was supposed to be, and she did not pay me for that. She said the 160 was including the weekday. So by that logic she paid me 10 dollar for that weekday? I didn’t know what to do and I felt like it would be rude to ask for more...I thought I was getting about 240....and she wayyyy underpaid me...I feel insulted but not sure what to do or how to talk to her about this. Please give me advice. Thank you

I've been doing my best to look for jobs in the area that do offer health coverage, but haven't found anything yet and only have a limited time to be on my parents' plan. Would health insurance through medicaid be free for someone like me? If not, how much does it normally cost to have a low income care plan? No rude answers please. Any advice/tips appreciated.
