    I am more then 100 pounds over weight, and I do not have access to a gym or anything I can use for weights. I have myself and the small room I am in, and my pants are getting tight. I can not do sit-ups since I have no way to anchor my feet, I have a hard time with pushup, can only do a few at a time, and I have been told they do not help with weight loss, Any advice would be welcome, and any links to pages with pics showing would help. Almost forgot to mention, I can use a short stepladder as long as I put it back after.

And please don t just say that losing weight this fast is unhealthy because I know it it, but it s also not healthy to be this big. Thanks!

I stayed about 175 after that until about two years ago, and gained about 40 lbs since then. I’m wanting to use the Healthy Wage app to bet money on myself that I can lose 50 lbs in a year as motivation, and I’m just wondering if it would be physically possible. I was still a developing teen when I weighed 160, and with all the extra weight now, I’m worried that the extra skin could prevent me getting to 160. Just wanting opinion on if it’s a realistic goal.
