It's true that too much cholesterol in your blood stream will cause problems but eating eggs doesn't necessarily mean that the cholesterol is going to be in your blood and damage your arteries.

    There's nothing wrong with eating fat, it's being fat that is unhealthy. But of course if you eat too much fat without exercising you are going to get fat.

    Eggs actually are really good for you, they have high quality protein and many other valuable nutrients. Like everything though, it's about balance. If you eat too much of anything and don't exercise then there will be problems but generally eating eggs is very healthy.

    Count your calories. Set a goal, and make sure you burn more calories than you eat during the day.

    So I've recently had a look at some BMI charts, and statistically I count as obese. I am a 20 yr old female, I am 164cm (5ft4in) and weigh 86kg (187lbs). The thing is I don't see myself as obese.     So I've recently had a look at some BMI charts, and statistically I count as obese. I am a 20 yr old female, I am 164cm (5ft4in) and weigh 86kg (187lbs). The thing is I don't see myself as obese. I wear a UK dress size 12-14 (depending on material as my breasts and behind are rather large). I am fairly active, walk 2 miles to work 5 days a week. And I honestly don't think I look obese. I've read that sometimes it's just the weight of your muscles, I did Latin/Ballroom dancing for 7 years, at the same time doing basketball and athletics, so I'd personally say I'm pretty strong. I had a PT last year who said I was the strongest person he has trained (squatting 60kg and bench pressing 30kg), he also said not to pay attention to all the BMI charts. I'm just scared I may just be one of the people who thinks they're healthy but aren't. I have attached a photo I took last week (bought a new dress 😂). Please be honest, I don't want anything sugar coated - if you think I'm fat, say it. If you think I'm not - say it. I am not looking for attentiom or sympathy. I honestly want your pure honesty and opinions. Thank you
