I was coming home from work leaving the grocery store going to do laundry and cook dinner I worked really late coming home at 1:15 a.m. and I got pulled over by a cop he said he pulled me over because I had a tag light out I knew I didn't so I demanded to see it the tag light was perfectly fine then I said why did you pull me over? then his story changed to the tag light was slightly dimmer than the other tag light even though you could see my license plate from 50 feet away. He then claimed he smelled marijuana in my car and call the dog to search my car I said this is ridiculous there's no marijuana in my car I don't even smoke it it's never been in my car. He said I don't know that let's see what the dog says I said look I'm just trying to get home I'm not sticking around for this I want to talk to your Superior the superior came out and told the cop to leave me alone. Because at this point I thought it was a harassment he lied about smelling marijuana and he lied about my tag light. Then he looked at me and said I still think you have marijuana in my car and he said he thought I was a criminal and it really hurt my feelings. He told me cops are allowed to lie and he uses this tactic all the time to catch drugs. I was so upset I talk to my priest about it and he said the same thing happened to them but they try to say he was drunk. I can't believe how predatory police are in this town I really like this town but they're ruining it for me.

I’ve asked about this in ‘insurance’ but I’d like to know something about the legal side of it. The situation is I share a house with three others, we had items taken where the house was left unlocked, so not technically a break in. It seems it was me that went out and neglected to lock up. Myself and two of the others didn't have much of any value taken but one had around $4000 worth of her stuff taken. The insurance are questioning negligence for leaving the house unlocked and may not pay out. The girl who had all her stuff taken no longer lives in the house but she's been in contact to say that if the insurance won't pay out, she will claim her loss of $4000 against me. If the insurance doesn't pay out, it seems that for the girl to recover her losses, her likely action is suing me for negligence. Does that seem right?

My essay was late and very poor writing... not even able to get a C- let alone a good grade... definitely not an A or even B... Probably a failure... worse reddit essay service of all time. The administrators need to ban these scammers and if they won't then the government needs to step in and protect internet marketplaces They have been removing all of the complaints that I have posted about them on Reddit and they won't reply to my emails either. Essay Folks is a scam... not a legitimate company at all. I ended up getting burned for over $500 from Matt and his team. Why isn't the government doing anything to protect against this?

This woman last night had her purse snatched by some idiot, along with her car keys, so she was stranded up until our store closed last night. She had called the cops but they said they were unable to do anything since the guy got away. Anyway, so my dad was outside to pick up my brother and I. We looked out the store window and we saw our dad, not knowing the situation inside, take the girl in our car because it was cold outside. And she had us drive her home about a half our out of our way. Could we get in trouble for this, since the cops were originally involved?

  • Is it sexual harassment to constantly call someone gay?

Best answer: Well the definition of sexual harassment is bullying or coercion of a sexual nature, or the unwelcome or inappropriate promise of rewards in exchange for sexual favors. I think if it's happening constantly by the same person or people like 50 or more times then yes it would count as bullying of a sexual nature.

Best answer: You can be terminated for cause. That means no unemployment, no health benefits, and you risk your next potential employer deciding you aren't worth the hassle and won't hire you.

Last week my lawyer told me that I was getting a structured settlement, I did some research but I’m still a bit confused. He didn’t tell me how much it is, but I’m not assuming a lot. Could someone explain how a structured settlement for me, a minor, would work? I’m also afraid of my mom taking the money, would she be able to collect the money? Lastly, any idea how much it could be worth or estimate, like is it only going to be like 100 dollars or more? Thanks in adavance!

So my granddad is in hospital with a sign above his bed that says "nil by mouth" I haven't been to see him and after what my mum said, I am glad didn't, which might sound awful. He had been having trouble swallowing, so the care home where he lives sent him to hospital. What's upsetting and worrying for me is this is an old man who my mum said while she was there, was always asking for a drink, which he off course wasn't allowed. I think this is cruelty by the NH's. How can you not give someone a drink if they want one. He has dementia so he won't understand why he can't have one. He is on a drip and water was dripping down, But if he is on a drip why is he saying he wants a drink? Another patient said he was woken up by my granddad at 4:00 this morning (uk time) because he was shouting asking the nurses for a drink. But how can they do this to an old man who isn't well? Will he end up dehydrating? To me, its cruel
