Their brains are still developing and i think instead of prison they should be put into rehabilitation. They are just kids.

The good news is that your favorite President did nothing wrong!" -Donald Trump via twitter. 3.The fbi has a warrant, they didn't break into anything. 2. New York is a one party state meaning Cohen didn't need Trump's permission to secretly record him. 3. Michael Cohen stated the FBI agents who conducted the raid were courteous and professional just days after it happened. Why does trump keep lying and making stuff up? http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/07/...

One side of my home has had graffiti sprayed on it more than once. Typically, I cover it with white colored primer. The house paint is medium gray. This most recent time, the graffiti was very large so I filed an insurance claim. The insurance adjuster said that the policy just requires the ins company to restore the side of the house to the pre-incident condition and he said that all they would cover is the cost of painting white primer over the most recent large graffiti. I told him that I wanted the house painting company to paint the entire side of the house (not the whole house) NOT just the spot where the graffiti is so that the side would look uniform. As u probably know paint ages so a fresh dab of paint on one spot of the house instead of painting the whole side (wall) would probably be noticeable. When pressed, he said that the spot with the graffiti on it could be painted gray by the housepainter but that the insurance co. would not be willing to pay for the whole side (wall) of the house. What are my options? Thanks!

  • Why is marijuana illegal but not smoking in general?

Best answer: It's because nicotine in cigarettes isn't a controlled drug. And you're right that smoking anything isn't a healthy thing to do.

Last week me and my dad just got back from our vacation house in Maryland back to Virginia. It was a hot day and our dog Sargent was in the car with us. We stopped at a grocery store I don’t remember which city and when we got out of the store some guy that was parked right next to us said that he called the police because we left our dog in the car and said it was animal cruelty. We only left him inside the car for only 15 minutes and he said it was more then that which was complete bulls**t! So we told the guy to go f**k himself but the cop came in time and put my dad in cuffs and I had to go back home. I’m not sure when his court date is coming but my mom’s hiring an attorney. But the good news is the people in the store know that we were in there for only 15 minutes. But I just don’t know what to do.

Veteran journalist reveals Trump’s decades-long grudge with the NFL

According to Pearlman, who interviewed 400 people for his new book on the USFL, said Trump’s beef with the NFL dates back to the early 1980’s, when the Baltimore Colts were for sale. Pearlman said Trump wanted to buy the Colts, but the Irsay family had “zero interest” in selling to him. Referencing Trump’s oft-repeating claim he “almost bought the Colts,” Pearlman called that assertion “factually untrue.”

“The NFL had a very negative sort of feel for Trump at the time,” Pearlman said, noting the commissioner knew Trump’s reputation in New York real estate was “pretty slimy” and suspected Trump “didn’t have that much money.”

It started out, me and my husband decided that our marriage ran it s course and we plan to get it divorce, so he decided he is going to move out the house, so after that he asked if he could spend a couple more hours with our daughter, so I agreed, he told me he is going to the store to return something, so he taken the baby with him, so after 2 hours I grew concerned, I called him no answer, I tried again no answer, so I waited again and called after an hour, so again no answer, so I called 911 and asked the police can they locate them, they called no answer so I filled a missing persons report, I kept calling, calling, I eventually called his mom and no answer from her either, and texted and she just told me don t worry they are fine. So I asked do she knows his whereabouts and she ignored me..so I kept and calling everyone and finally, they sent me a video clip of the baby eating cookies, at a restaurant somewhere, I asked they never disclosed the location. So now I suspected they planned to to take my daughter. I tried law enforcement they kept telling me he has rights to his daughter, but he has taken her without my permission, what else I should do? They still not picking up or answering my calls.

Hi I’m 19 and still live with my mom and step dad. They haven’t always been the best and I’m really trying to move out. Anyways they’ve always been extremely controlling and abusive. I’ve been in a relationship for two years and they just found out about it. I kept it from them because they are extremely racist towards people of color. I said POC because it’s literally any race except white. I recently went to the DR and she asked if I was sexually active. I said yes because I am. The DR is friends with my mom and immediately texted her and told her and I got my a** handed to me when I got home and now she’s harassing my boyfriend’s family calling them racial slurs and stuff. :( I need a place to leave to and even considered the military. Shouldn’t the DRs NOT tell my info like that? Even if it’s to my mother?

We are basically homeless after he left me. I told him I was going to sign him up for child support and he got angry and said he takes care of his child if I bring her to him. Which he kept her for two days and I supplied her food, diapers and clothes to him BC he had nothing for her. I'm trying to give him a chance to show that he is supporting her without the court involvement but wondering am I being a push over at this point? I feel like if I do he may never want to deal with me or his child again. Comments?

I commented some very mean but true things about my ex on facebook. at least a dozen public comments under the review section of his business. I exaggerated slightly out of the heat of the moment. I did this from a fake facebook account. I felt bad and saw the error of my ways and deleted the comments and the profile so its all gone and has been for 24 hours. some of his friends took screen shots of the reviews. He doesn't know it was me but when I was talking to him he told me he was hiring a lawyer and bringing in the screen shots to show them. He plans to get the court to subpoena facebook for the ip address of the person who made the profile, Will this hold up if the comments have been deleted and its only screen shots? Will facebook likely reveal my ip address under these circumstances and will a judge pursue this or drop the case?

  • When is it legal to shoot a guy that enters your property without permission?

I would assume that at all times right? And obviously I don't mean the mail man and such but people like teens trying to graphity your walls or neighbors who might want to take stuff from your yard thinking you can't see them.

Obviously Im taking COMMON SENSE into account, but with current events as they are and the bad atmosphere around guns when can I actually pull out my gun and actually use it. My question revolves around when I have it in my car. Iv seen instance where people lose their minds due to road rage and start beating up other people and their cars. Im not talking about car accidents or anything, but how just because someone cut you off, some guy comes to your car and starts smashing in windows or assaulting you kind of deal. If I pull out my gun and shoot the person who is damaging my property or hitting me, would I be in the wrong and it be considered a excessive action or would I be justified? Again, im including common sense where if your life is in danger, its obvious. but would using it because the guy actually hit me (in rage) or unnecessarily damaged my property be legally allowed?
