My baby niece has recently under went a lot of change for a 7 month old. Her mom walked out on the family so I’m now raising her. I have her twenty one hours a day, as my brother (the father) works third shift and literally sleep his life away. He takes her home to spend time with her for a little under three hours per day. Her mom has seen her for about a total of twelve hours since she left two or three months ago. They don’t seem to think this would put any stress on their child, but I’m the one paying for it. I only recently got her to the point where she will sleep six full hours a night, but when she needs to nap she fights sleep. Obviously she needs a nap, otherwise she’s bawling because she’s tired. The only way i can get her to sleep is by sitting on the floor next to her bouncer and bouncing her constantly. She’ll fall right asleep, but she cries while being asleep and if i ignore it, it eventually wakes her back up and we’re at the beginning all over again. It isn’t practical at all to have to spend her entire napping period bouncing her, as she still takes up to three a day and I have her two older siblings to tend to, plus my own child, and house work.

  • Are hot cheetos bad for a baby?

So a friend told me one of her friends gives her 6 month old baby those flaming hot cheetos & that her friend wanted to know if they were bad for the baby. To me, it sounds bad even though I don't know why. Lol so can anyone let me know? Are they bad for baby? Why? What can happen if a baby eats it?

I have a 7 month old with acid reflux and he cries non stop and wants to be held all the time. His doctor had us get tests done and she nothing's wrong with him that he'll just grow out of it. He won't sleep through the night unless he sleeps with me. He sleeps in his crib till about 3 am and he wants to be held constantly. Nobody can handle watching him more than a few hours and says he just wants mom. I had a to quit my job because my husband couldn't handle him.'I have a 2 year old too and I get no time with her. I've had 4 nights off in the 7 months he's been alive and 1 day where someone watched him more than a few hours. He won't take bottles 50 percent of the time. He makes it impossible to wean because he straight up refuses to eat and will just scream. He won't take pacifiers, he never liked the swing or rocker or mamaroo bouncer. I've tried different sleep methods including the cry it out method. My husband offers to watch him while I do something but then he calls and texts the whole time saying how he's screaming. I honestly feel like I'm going crazy and I'm starting to resent my own baby for putting strain on my relationship with my first child and relationship with my husband. I haven't had a night alone with my husband in months. I never expected people to baby sit him a lot but maybe once or twice a month. I can't eat, cook, clean, shower, or go to the bathroom without screaming. What can I do?
