So I’m 15 and a female. I’ve got a boyfriend, 15 also. We’ve been together since the 16th of October 2018. Before we met I hated the thought of pregnancy. I wanted to adopt in my possible 20s. But since I met him I’ve changed. I don’t know if it’s normal. I really want to be pregnant with his baby, I cannot stop thinking about carrying his baby and in nine months being able to spend time with my baby. I’ve become obsessed with watching teen pregnancy vlogs on YouTube. I cannot help myself. I know that having a baby at this age will be hard and ruin any school plans, but I can’t stop dreaming about having his baby now.The thought of waiting years is unbearable, I just want to have a baby now even tho I know it’s not a smart decision, it’s like my hormones are taking over my brain. Is this obsession normal?

You have no idea what real love truly feels like. Motherhood is the greatest thing on the planet. It is such a joy that only gets better with age.
Saying that, how willing are your parents to help you out? If they will allow it, I have to really push that you live with them while you pursue a higher education. Or at least get some form of help IF they offer it. Graduating college, even with just an associates, is so important if you want to support your baby. Business won't even hire receptionist positions unless you have a college degree now.
Also, while there are lots of precious moments, there are also lots of moments where you feel like you're going insane. Parenting is extremely difficult. It is important that you mentally prepare for those moments as well.

Honestly, there is so much I could say, but really it all boils down to one thing. As long as you truly buckle down and make your baby your number one priority over everything else in your life you will do just fine. Parties and friends and fun 20 something activities are out the window for you. Obviously you need some sort of social life for yourself, but it is crucial that those events be more like once a month special mommy's night out then regular weekend activities. As long as your baby comes first in your life you will easily earn the respect from those around you and you will do just fine. I've never had any problems with judgement and I live in a very conservative southern town.
I am doing a horrible job at getting my words out correctly today, but basically I wouldn't trade motherhood for anything. My son's father is not in the picture so I have had to do everything myself, which is extremely hard, sure, but still so so worth it. Although I sometimes get jealous that I didn't get a real college experience or am not currently able to travel like a lot of my friends, I am overall very happy that I had my son when I was young. I was able to recovery from childbirth almost instantly and have had the energy to keep up with him that a lot of my older mom friends don't have. I will still be young when he is 18 and therefore able to travel and do all the things I am "missing out on" now, only I'll have the money from a career to really enjoy it more than my friends are now. I will be young enough when I have grandchildren (if my son decides to start a family of his own) that I will be able to really be a part of their lives and enjoy them. I may even be able to meet my great grandchildren.

So I guess all that to say that yes, this young (single in my case) mom life is challenging, but rewarding. Put your kid before you in all areas (especially when you spend your money) and accept help from family and friends. Don't take advantage of them, but do accept their help. You will do just fine. It is so worth it, trust me.

  • My boyfriend admitted to trying to get me pregnant?

If you do turn out to be pregnant - you say NOTHING to that jerk and you get the abortion if that is your choice in this situation.

Remember though - the most important thing to do is to dump this guy and never contact him again. If you can prove the rape, then report it and send him to jail.

  • Could I get pregnant from this situation? (see below)?

My boyfriend put his penis into my vagina a couple times then we stopped because we were just experimenting. He later ejaculated on himself away from me. Afterwards, he washed his hands twice with soap and water before fingering me.

  • Is it not a good sign if the ultrasound tech wants me to come back in 3 weeks because they couldn’t get a look at the heart?

Best answer: It’s probably fine. A lot of things could go into that. And if they were really concerned they would probably see you sooner or have you go for more detailed testing and sooner.

Toward the end of the pregnancy, the doctor was concerned that lifting would induce early labor and so for the last two months, he gave me a slip for work restricting the lifting to 20lbs.

  • Do you think it's right for a teenage girl to get pregnant?

Best answer: If she's finished high school, she's employed and supporting herself, she doesn't live with her parents anymore, and she's in a long term steady relationship with a guy who is willing to be a father to his child, then, yes, she can get pregnant. However, if she hasn't finished high school yet and she gets pregnant, she is either forcing her parents to support HER child (instead of being an adult and supporting the baby herself) and she is probably condemning both herself and her child to a life in poverty. She won't be able to get a decent job without a high school degree, so she'll end up dependent on her parents or drifting through a series of relationships with one guy after another. It's better to wait until she is older.
