Evident by the red spills in the fridge, the hair and dirt all over the bathroom, the layer of hair and grime covering the baseboards, the disgusting cabinets, the dirty smelly shower, and the floors covered in debris and hair. Is there a way to show the lease was broken by the landlords for not cleaning the home before move in?

She never did. So now it s about 10 months later. She s turned into a meth head. I pay $450 a mo the rent to live in my room, because the living room, kitchen, and bathroom are disgusting. Roaches crawling everywhere, thick film of dog hair is always on the floor along with a large amount of dirt and trash. Dishes filling the sink up. Dishes even on the floor. The bathroom is disgusting. Honestly you could get a staff Infection if u cut urself in there. I don t have words to describe the amount of filth. Just trash everywhere. People have been stealing my belongings out of my room now too. I have nowhere else to go since I have no family in my area or a car to go to them. Is there anything I can do? Do I have any rights here? I want to threaten to withhold rent until she cleans or reduce rent but honestly I am afraid she d evict me. I need to know what I can do, I hardly make enough to pay rent. Thanks

  • Is it bad to give my roommates number to a job interviewer to call back?

So I went in for an interview and when I got asked the number I gave my room mates. Reason being is because sometimes my phone is off.... I don't want them to call when it is. Do you think it is ok?

Because I might be able to rent rooms. Or at least i should be able to sell the house (or rent the whole house to a family) whenever I finish college here. I decided to go case by case and see what I can find online. I just found a house online for 25000. It's somewhat close to a bad area but this particular neighborhood isn't bad. The price is low enough I could buy it cash. It looks like it does need some work but I could fix it up while I'm living there. The other bonus is it has a garage, which would save me my current 120/mo storage unit cost for my classic car. Do you think I should entertain this idea. And if I go to check it out what should I look for?

But maybe I am wrong.

But it just got moved to collections and I'm worried about getting denied for this. I would have paid this but I did not have a job because I was still in high school... I wanted a job so bad. I wanted to wait until after high school though. My last day of school was actually my first day at my first job. do you think an apartment would overlook a medical bill from two years ago i have a car bill being paid on time always? Also does anyone know if I do pay the bill, will it not show up on the credit report because it's been paid? Or will it show up as being paid very late and it won't even matter? I was told Apartments don't even look at hospital bills but mine just got moved to collections today and it's worrying me that it could affect my chances. :(

  • Intent to vacate?

My apartment s lease states they require 2 months notice. It does not say 60 days it says 2 months. My lease is set to end October 15, today is August 18 and I m faxing them intent to vacate as I type. Will I likely be charged a penalty for late notice?

Is hiring movers my only option? How expensive would this even be? I often hear about moving pods, but they surely won't be able to deliver to my storage unit (that is on the third floor of a building)? Recs on less expensive and good moving companies would be appreciated as well. Thank you.
