  • How to remove scratches from a 360 camera lens?

I have a Gear 360 (2017). While juggling a bunch of other tech, I dropped it. There are now some divots in the lens.I'm weighing the costs between purchasing a new Gear 360 and if it's possible to buff out the lens of my current model. What can be used to remove or alleviate the nicks in my lens?

Best answer: Tricks is for advanced topics. You need to start with fundamentals.

Some of the challenging concepts to grasp in photography is lighting and composition, regardless of camera. Since you have very little control over cell phone camera settings, getting lighting correct is an important issue. Look up topics like "window light" and "rule of thirds" to get you primed. You can easily spend months covering these two topics. You can spend a lifetime learning about lighting and composition.

With your phone camera, learn about lighting and composition. There are many web sites and youtube tutorials out there with good information on the basics. When you are able to move up to a fully adjustable camera, you can use the knowledge gained with your cell phone camera and also learn additional techniques.

Learn to critique your images. If you are taking an art class, study the masters. Have the art instructor critique your best images to see how you can do things differently or correct basic issues. If you aren't taking an art class, time to sign up. Display your images on a large monitor as this allows you to see things differently than on a tiny screen. Remember that failure is part of the learning process. Embrace what failure has to offer (as long as nobody gets hurt).

Most of all, don't take your parent's or friend's praise to heart about your beautiful images unless they are trained in the arts. You can only grow if you know what you need to work on.

I have seen stunning images taken with cell phone cameras because the photographer was well trained (Brooks student) in the basics.

  • Ruined artwork,should i get upset ?

Best answer: Aww I m sorry to hear that! Don t throw things away in the heat of the moment -- wait a couple days and reevaluate. It always sucks when you put hours of care into a piece and something goes wrong. Not wanting to redo it is understandable. If it s too upsetting, maybe try to do a twist on your original idea?

I didn't think I'd reach even that amount so I never thought of "expanding" my name online. But I'm into trying new stuff lately and I was wondering if Tumblr is a good site to share art as well! I know Tumblr is aaaaall about fandoms but I draw cartoon/anime fanart mostly too so it's not completely irrelevant I guess? Should I go for it or nah? I know from an art friend that I should avoid DeviantArt which I thought was the best art sharing social media so what about Tumblr? Tell me your opinions and if you post similar art feel free to share your profiles to support each other :D Thank you in advance!!
