  • Is a donut a donut if it doesn't have a hole in the center?

  • Why should you wash your hands before eating?

Hello. I’m just wondering why they recommend washing your hands before eating? If you eat with a spoon, fork, or eating your own finger food, why is it still good to wash them amyways? What are the odds of something happening to you? Can somebody please help me out? I would highly appreciate it. Thank you very much.

I heard that it's not good to eat seafood and vitamin C at the same time because that creates deadly arsenic in your body. Is that true?

I bought a bag of mandarin oranges last week, and I store them in a cabinet. Today as I was reaching for one, I noticed that one had some white stuff on it and the peel had turned a weird whitish/greyish color. • This chocolate cereal that I am eating seems almost addictive. what is the reason?

Best answer: It's possibly something that is put under 'artificial flavors' on the ingredients list. It's not dangerous, but it can affect the taste of the cereal in a way where you can have some kind of craving for them. A lot of sugary cereals have this.

  • If i eat a fruit salad that one day out of date, will i die of poisoning? Does it differ if the fruit salad is an M&S fruit salad?

    Best answer: Of course not!

Food doesn't turn into poison the day after it's Best Before date. Trust your eyes and your nose more than an arbitrary date printed on the packaging.

  • I ate some cooking chocolate, and now I feel really uneasy. What can I do to feel better?

Best answer: well, it wasn't the chocolate that is making you feel "uneasy". there is nothing wrong with cooking chocolate except its quite bitter as it has no sugar.

Food itself is not healthy nor is it unhealthy. It is how much of the less healthy stuff we consume that determines how it might be classified.
