I'm overweight and never worked out in my life. Very weak so I cannot do basic stuff, how do I exercise? Please no hate.?
Favourite answer:Just as Ghost of Christmas Past said - walk! Walk further and find hilly places. Try doing a few forest or hill walks. They can be hard and will build strength as well as core strength. The secret is in consistency, do it often and challenge yourself occasionally. You will soon find you can do other exercises such a cycling and even running - though careful of running with the dodgy knees.
A cycling machine for the house is also a good idea and some very light weights. Check out Youtube for gentle progressive exercise.
On diet, if you keep it sensible (cut out the bad stuff except occasionally) and do exercise you WILL see results.
Do have days off though from remember eating a bad meal or some chocolate etc is nothing to beat yourself up about. It's about changing things longterm.

Been there - done that: 1 to 2 weeks on crutches, then a cane until cast came off. To take showers, get a supply of plastic baggies large enough to stuff your foot & cast into, take to tighten the top.

Motivation For Losing Weight?
I'm a 16 year old girl. I'm 5'8 and 330 pounds. I look nothing like I should weigh that much, if anything maybe in the low 200. I look slim and curvy but still have some fat and weight. I still feel as though I should try to lose some weight. The only problem is that each time I actually get started exercising I lose motivation and it makes me not want to do it any more. Favourite answer:I've already had a whole past life in retail grocery. That makes me an authority, from the cheapest to the most expensive boutique.
An average smart/savvy person can feed the most ravenous appetites for $50/head per week. And that's with some responsible luxury. Yes, I can take it down to prison level at $1.25/day. The blind on the inside shopper can spend well over $100/head per week. The question to ask is what are you paying for? A marketing staff, packaging production, shipping, etc. Luck Charms and Coke a Cola is going to cost way more per unit than a regional, conventional while chicken.
Alot of people also waste their grocery when they aren't flexible. They planned to make XYZ and got all the ingredients, but they used their bread quicker than they thought they would on an impromptu pbn'j picnic. They have no idea what to do with the chicken breast they bought and it goes bad so they order takeout pizza. Chicken breast for chicken sandwiches can become chicken fingers if you have flour and oil. That's the kind of flexibility I mean.
I'd say if you have $60/head per week you can keep them alive and happy. Maybe even a little fat if you have a clue. If not, then not even Ramsey can save you
