    Just start eating healthier, drink water, quit sweets, fast occasionally, exercise 30 minutes a day, set a calorie goal...and you will lose weight. And won't have to fight with her. Unless she stays overweight, I guess.

It's true that too much cholesterol in your blood stream will cause problems but eating eggs doesn't necessarily mean that the cholesterol is going to be in your blood and damage your arteries.

    There's nothing wrong with eating fat, it's being fat that is unhealthy. But of course if you eat too much fat without exercising you are going to get fat.

    Eggs actually are really good for you, they have high quality protein and many other valuable nutrients. Like everything though, it's about balance. If you eat too much of anything and don't exercise then there will be problems but generally eating eggs is very healthy.

    Hello. I am 18 years old and I find it pretty hard to lose weight. I am not overweight or near it at all. I weigh 137lb and I am 5'6". I have a slim figure but all my fat goes to my stomach and I have a muffin top. I go to 2 step classes a week in my local gym, do lower belly exercises 3 times a week, do butt workouts 3 times a week and go on the treadmill for a total of 30 minutes a week. this is two sets of HIIT (30 seconds walking, 1 minute running), for 15 minutes each time. Some days my stomach looks flat but others it looks just as bad as before. I have a wedding coming up on the 29th (13 days away). I desperately want a flat stomach. There are some days where I only eat breakfast and dinner and one day I counted my calories & I only ate 650 calories. Obviously on a normal day I eat around 1,150 calories. I did a juice cleanse for 4 days before and I was completely fine. I am never hungry in the middle of the day so if I had a 200 calories breakfast, 150 calorie lunch/snack, & a 250 calories dinner, how much could I lose? Drinking water always helps with getting rid of my hunger. I do this when I have to wait for my dinner to cook. How many calories do you think I'd lose in 10 days. the other 3 days are the 24th, 25th & 26th. Can't sacrifice xmas dinner. Just want to say that I WOULD NEVER BE ANOREXIC. I just want to lose some weight quick for this family wedding. I know its not a permanent solution but I will eat normally and exercise more after its over. I love food

I can do 1-2 pull ups successfully before my arms are burning and shaking from exhaustion. But, I can run 6-8 miles without feeling breathless at the end. Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. I'm a female, btw.
