  • My boyfriend is really into the color pink. Is he gay?

My boyfriend and I recently moved into a house together. I let him chose the color of our bedroom, he insisted on pink... ALL pink. I love pink but it's not like he's doing this for my benefit. I even questioned him on it, he was very very insitent. I'm starting to think he might be gay or bisexual.... show more

Please don't judge for what I am about to explain. Ok well maybe you can judge but at least still answer please. I am coming from a really rough spot in my life and I have many, many bags of clothes from my previous apartment that are extremely dirty. I had an unfixed male cat that sprayed on them and the little bugger wasn't litter trained properly either so the clothes got really messed up and not only that but I'm an outdoorsy person and like to work on motors etc so my clothes naturally stink really bad after a while. Anyway, these clothes never got washed due to me being poor but now I'm in a better position in life and I want to wash some of them and throw away the really, really bad ones. The last time I tried to wash some it left a smell in the washer that wouldn't come out for a while. How to avoid the smell and how to get rid of it from washing machines? Any advice? I know the best solution would be to chuck all of them but I honestly can't afford more clothes and I'm sick of having nothing to wear as it is. Some clothes proved to be saveable so I'm going to try.

  • How do you avoid hitting pipes when drilling into drywall?

I want to hang a towel rack in my bathroom. I want to hang it above the toilet. I have a magnetic stud finder I don't trust. It is attracted to the entire wall behind the toilet. Does that mean there are pipes there? How do I avoid hitting pipes and/or anything electrical?

  • Have you ever had an intensive amount of trouble washing cooking pots even after soaking them in warm sudsy water for a long time.?

There was some unknown food or liquid stuck to them that just would not come off easily or at all. Even after soaking, we had to scrub and scrub and still it was not the cleanest. It was caked on the pots. What foods or liquid could this have been, making pots so difficult to clean? And what would be the best... show more

  • Why is my garden snail inactive?

Best answer: It is a Pest.
The garden snail is a terrestrial species with nocturnal habits; it does most of its day-to-day activities at night or very early in the morning, but if it rains during the day, it usually goes out.
