London is an awesome city... but there are some downsides☹?
There always seems to be a lot of traffic
The streets by shopping centres get really packed
Houses are a lot more expensive
Tube trains seem to get packed a lot

When the coronavirus vaccine has been found and people return to the work place, should workers if issued some form of identity card?
get a discount if they have to stand on public transport.
There's nothing worse after doing a full-days work and you are exhausted and there are no seats available and having to stand.

Where to see UK August wildlife for free?
I have a 3 day weekend coming up at the end of this month (August) and was wondering where in the UK I could go for 3 days to see wildlife without having to pay crazy prices for tours. Either free or somewhat cheap, I'm not too fussy with what kind of wildlife I want to see, I just want to watch them do their thing and take some cool photos of them

Whats the best beach town in England ?
Favourite answer:Depends what you're looking for in a beach town.
If you're looking for somewhere that's just family friendly, with quiet pubs + quality fish & chips: Whitby, North Yorkshire
If you're looking for somewhere quiet enough for older people to enjoy the seaside, then maybe Filey in North Yorkshire, or Cromer in Norfolk.
If you're looking for somewhere more active for teens + twenty-something people..... then maybe Newquay (Cornwall) or Scarborough, North Yorkshire.

How can I improve my punctuation, grammar and spelling and learn to speak well?
Favourite answer:Read. Read and read some more. But do pay attention to punctuation and grammar. Websites are not suited for that. Much to short and abbreviated.
Peace..

anyone tired of hearing the "GSC exams" news story in the U.K.? why does the media just keep going on and on about it?
Favourite answer:The higher grades were massively up on last year, obviously teachers awarding higher grades to make themselves look good, and showing that moderating the results was justified.
But , oh no, a few entitled kids didn’t get the grades they thought they would , so the whole system is wrong and it’s all the governments fault.
The media won’t be happy until everyone gets an “A” or a 7 or whatever.

Question for UK people, how do you compare our American police to your own British police?
Favourite answer:Well American police are so openly racist they can openly kill a black man , whereas British police are so controlled by the need to be pc ( no pun intended), they can’t even say when a criminal is black.

Should I consider moving to Birmingham, Croydon or stay in East End London?
I'm finding myself more and more miserable in London. Yet I seem to have all my 'friends' in London and a somewhat mundane but effective daily routine. Should I consider Croydon over East London or Birmingham or another city in the UK?
Thank You very much.

How long will it take?
Favourite answer:I think bars as we remember them will (and should) be the very last things to return to normal. People loosen up, get talking, get close and the spread of the plague has to be greater in that environment than about anywhere else. Even smart people take more chances when the alcohol loosens them up. I don't think I will ever return to my favorite pubs.
