  • When different species fight, does the bigger animal always win?

Best answer: No. Smaller predators routinely win against larger prey. For example, a mountain lion can kill a horse, despite being much smaller. A peregrine falcon can kill a larger red-tailed hawk. Since falcons and hawks are both predators, that means the larger one does not always win. In general though the larger animal has... show more

A peregrine falcon can kill a larger red-tailed hawk. Since falcons and hawks are both predators, that means the larger one does not always win. In general though the larger animal has the advantage in strength and it usually wins. Then there is the question of numbers. Smaller animals can win if they have strength in numbers. For example, a few wolves can defeat a grizzly bear, and a few hyenas can defeat a lion. Another equalizer is venom. A cobra can kill a lion despite being smaller.

  • Why are cats so much better at hunting than dogs?

Dogs in their most supreme form are still inferior to cats. (Wolves vs mountain lions). think about it, wolves depend on each other and have to hunt in packs whereas cats kill prey that is way bigger than them and do it alone

Best answer: Yes it can. If you let it do. And that is the big "if". That big "if" is the reason why it won't even try. Because you will kill it before it kills you, normally. Human jugular is not that solid. Even a rat could severe it if you let it do. But you wouldn't let it do.

So you question is very hypothetical. Yes, if a stoat bit a human neck, and if the human let it do, it will kill the human.
But that two conditions won't happen.

Likewise, if a cat use its claws to cut a human wrist, the human will also die (at that is possible. Longer than with a razor blade, but yet possible). But that won't happen, since even if the human is suicidal, he won't let a cat take so much time for this painful result.

What kind of spiders lay eggs in bananas, and what kind of spiders could these be? Also, I live in Nebraska, USA incase that helps you narrow down the species.

But no. Anacondas are semiaquatic freshwater / terrestrial animals. They would only be in the ocean for a moment of fun, just like the cats and elephants. Most pythons are more terrestrial.
