Best answer: I think I know the problem, try going into your "Ease of Assess" from your control panel and un-check the boxes that has to do with the navigator or narrator, sometimes these options/setting can cause problems with the cursor .

What is the point in having more than 4GB of RAM if Windows 10 pro already shows that only 3,5 GB are useable.?

Best answer: Windows 10 Pro is available in two versions 32 and 64bit. The 32bit can only access 4GB RAM if you have the 64bit version these restriction is removed. As you already have the 64bit version the message you are seeing is normal- the 0.5GB of missing space is due to the operating system needing that amount of RAM.... show more

The upgrade version of Win 10 is no longer available except at the following Microsoft link. What you have is the full version, that's why all of your settings and data are going to disappear.

Just look at how closed MacOS is compared not just to Linux, but to Windows. And look at how closed IOS is compared to Android, or how limited AppleTV compared to all it's competitors. And Apple likes to tell you that having fewer options means it's more powerful, and some people are daft enough to believe them!

One of my computers is less than 2 years old. It came with Win 10 already installed and is supposed to be a gaming computer. It seems that it messes up after every big update. Not the small ones, though I still tense up when it does those too. After each update, I go through hours of trying to get my PC out of the repair disc loop. I have a game i play, that saves all my logs, and i try to salvage those logs, as they can t be stored in the cloud as i have learned to put everything else there. With this game, when you have to reinstall it, it starts you back at square one. The game itself is not that important, it is the chat logs that I have with my friends in other countries that is pretty much my "family". My memory is bad due to rl illness and i also have logs from dear friends who have died. These updates make me have to re-install Windows every time. i keep an ISO image on a thumb drive because I go through this every few months when a new update comes out. I don t want to lose my "memories" again. I am trying to get it to let me keep my files, my fear is that they are erased anyway, even after going through the reset and keep my files. I don t know, because it wont complete the reset, it says "undoing changes" and I am right back in that repair loop. Can anyone give me an option that will help me? My pc is a Dell laptop with two graphics cards, though after the first time this happened my Nvidea card is toast.
