Best answer: You hate dogs... Or hate poorly trained dogs?

Because it sounds like you werr raised around a poorly trained dog. Those are behaviors I wouldnt tolerate in my own pets.

Not everybody gets to know and love a dog. Cherish those memories.

You just put up with it because you don't have a choice in the matter if you want a dog. They lick their damn butt holes, some of them roll in and sometimes eat other animals ****, some eat their own **** and some eat or roll in dead things and hellsometimes they'll eat their own vomit. I've seen dogs lick other dogs urine!!

( But babies are worse Verulam??? 🤔 they may need diaper changes for a few years until they're on the potty for themselves and clean themselves properly but they ain't eating and rolling in nasty things or getting you to pick up their crap for the rest of their lives and they certainly ain't licking their butts like a dog either )

My mom is convinced that it’s bad for the dog but I’ve never heard of this before and can’t really find anything online about what to do with uneaten kibble.

Last time my dog had a puffy swollen eye and it coated $200 for the exam, a florescent eye drop exam thing, antibiotics, and eyedrops which his eye ended up just being irritated so I'm not sure he even needed all that. The vet never tells me how much things will be until the end of the appointment! I don't have a lot of money but I make sure my animals have what they need at least. Now my other dog just started showing possible signs of kennel cough although he has been vaccinated. I'm making him an appointment but I'm scared it's going to cost a ton. Is there a way to get the vet to be up front about prices without sounding like a penny pincher?

There is no way that the AKC has always existed so how did the first Huskies get their AKC paperwork? Maybe this will help me.

I'm considering adopting a dog from a person, and they haven't vaccinated it. Not even puppy vaccinations. Do I have to vaccinate them with the beginning puppy vaccines then every 3 weeks vaccinate them as if they were just 6-18 weeks?

Also, my younger brothers are both supportive of this idea. That’s three different people. We can make this work, somehow.

I have a blue heeler lab mix (Mulan) who’s almost 3 years old. I’ve had her since she was 6 weeks. I have a German shepherd lab mix (Zeus) who is 1 year old. I’ve had him since 6 weeks as well both dogs get along fine. Mulan accepted Zeus well when I brought him into our home. Of course even though he’s bigger than her she’s obviously the dominant one. I’ve taken Mulan to the dog park before and she’s very nervous meeting new dogs but she gets along with them fine. She did well at the dog park when I took her. So since Zeus is 1 year now I tried to take the both of them to the dog park together. I let Mulan in by herself first because Zeus was scared to go in. Mulan was interacting with another female of her size off leash. I brought Zeus in on the leash. But as soon as I was gonna take him off a fight broke out between Mulan and the other dog. Zeus being protective of Mulan jerked from me to go jump on the dog she was fighting with. There wasn’t any blood shed or serious bites just a lot of growing and tussling. But 2 other dogs came over to jump in the fight. I leash Mulan and tried to pull Zeus and Mulan out of the dog tussle. But they started fighting each other. I was so confused. So I just left the dog park. I would like to take them back but I don’t know what to do with them I don’t want that to happen again.

My brother bought his first dog which is a german shepherd two and half years ago which was a bad idea for a first dog. It bother me how my brother never took him to a trainer, because the dog never listens he chews and breaks anything it can possbly find. He never cage trained him so we cant put him in time out. When I comes home he would always jump on me when excited, also he would go in my room which he knows he shouldnt and aggressively eat all the cat food and i cant shut my door since the the akr conditioner is in there. Once i try to kick him out he would just climb up on my bed and lay down so i cant kick him out. My mom and brother just let him get away with anything! they give him way to much love and favore him while me and my dad actually disipline him when he does something bad like two days ago i smacked him for trying to get our dinner on the breakfast bar. What can i do for this to stop?
