If you work in a hazardous job the employer is required to post those hazards and make them aware to prior to employment. Additionally, they are required to cover any damages resulting from those hazards. Further still, worker's compensation requires employers to cover the costs of work place injury.

So is it not fit to question that if you receive any health damages from working night shift that the company should be liable for those damages?

Please think before you answer. Exxon lost billions in clean up when a tanker leaked because the captain feel asleep (who was required to work shifts), if a tractor trailor driver runs down a child because the driver has undiagnosed narcolepsy which fostered after years of night shift, could you not sue that company?
