Facebook: why is the secret crush application not working.?

i have to invite 5 friend which i di and then nothing happens, i get a page with something where you can register for an account...
did anyone else have thes difficultie?

Secret Crush is a scam. It asks you to register for an account, and you enter your mobile number which then winds up charging you a small fortune for pointless messages about your "crush"
