I just watched that entire dang thing. I was going to read the transcript but felt compelled to watch all 12 chapters, as I had never seen it before. Pretty fascinating, alot about the court case that I didn't know. In an Oceanography Class a few years ago, we did read an article summing up the ruling and discussed it, but other than that, I really didn't know much about it.
I was impressed by Darwinian Evolution and very unimpressed by the ID people. And most surprising was that ID was quite literally just repackaged creationism.
Also, the unethical behavior of the anti-Evolution people, threatening the parents who brought the suit and even Judge Jones and lying under oath about who supplied the Panda books was disheartening and shameful and decidedly unChristian. I noticed that further proof was in Pat Robertson's own statement about Dover kicking God out of the community, that seems to be more evidence that it's really nothing more than Creationism. The Discovery Institutes's "Wedge Document" was new to me, I'm going to have to track that down and read it.
Great question, I've never actually sat down and been that involved in a link posted by a questioner, but it was worth it.
