Could it be true? Even if there is a God who created the universe, nobody can guarantee he is the Biblical God?

For example: Richard Dawkins
They vastly jump into the conclusion that these famous people finally start to believe in God(who is the Biblical God in their views)
But the fact that they become agnostics, could it be more likely that they are not just sure whether there is a God or not anymore
Also could the God they refer to be just simply the God who created the universe(you can say some sort of similar to the concept Deist God)
It does not necessarily mean the Biblical God at all
So
Even if there is a God who created the universe, nobody can guarantee he is the Biblical God
And somehow of sense, could the Deist version of God be more logical

But if Deist Gos is true
It is still possible that there is God but Bible is man-made
