How to lose weight working permanent night shift?

Im really struggling to lose weight working permanent night shift. I work 8pm -8am i wake up around 1-2pm do house work then pick my daughter up from school. My hubby normally gets in around 5-6pm so i find it hard to fit in any exercise. I own a treadmill but like i say its hard to find time or ENERGY to fit it... show more Im really struggling to lose weight working permanent night shift. BEANS green or baked
CABBAGE
WELL TO BE HONEST MOST VEG

CARROTS
POTATOS
CHICKEN
FISH
PASTA
SPAGHETTI
TOMATO PASTA SAUCE
SOUP
