Sounds like you are on it. Just up your Vit 'C' and 'D'. The sleep is very important and getting the proper amount of 'D'.

    I loved working night shift.

When leaving work i.am going against traffic.

Head straight to the gm and it's empty and quiet. A "breakfast"after that

If I have errands to run; banking, grocery etc. I get it done than home to sleep.

Wake up, watch TV , eat dinner and off to work, with minimal traffic

Not sure should be fine if you stay on a cycle, maybe make sure it’s dark when u sleep like get special blinds. Yes humans are not naturally nocturnal but do things like taking vitamin d to replace sunlight.

Receiving a higher salary does not outbalance your health. Ever.

As long as you have enough sleep, healthy diet and exercise then night shift isn't a problem.

As long as your getting enough sleep the only issue I have is your not getting sunlight. Other than that you’re fine
