Atheists: what do you think of this message I received from a creationist about the evolution?

Update: Hi . As an atheist, you may look to science to prove what you really believe in. But when we really examine science, what does it really show? As an atheist, you may look to science to prove what you really believe in. But when we really examine science, what does it really show? Before I continue with the evidence that shows that Jehovah God does exist, I would like to make sure that we both are on the same page by sharing with you the definition of the word science.Science definition: "2)systematic knowledge of the physical or material world gained through observation and experimentation."

Based on this definition of science let us examine whether or not science supports creation, or evolution.

For example, let's examine part of the definition of science which is observation:1)No matter what type of fruit or vegetables a person may plant, they are guaranteed to see the same kind fruits or vegetables that they had planted. No one has ever OBSERVED,
Update 3: an apple seed producing bananas, a watermelon seed producing cherries, a cherry seed producing cantaloupes, an orange seed producing broccoli, and so on. If we did OBSERVED such things having the capability of producing other kinds, then wouldn't this prove that evolution is scientific?
Update 4: 2) The same goes with any type of animals, insects, birds, or anything else, we never OBSERVE any of these giving birth to another species, because if we did OBSERVED such a thing happening, then wouldn't this prove that evolution is scientific?
Update 5: But instead we OBSERVE(which is the definition of science), that EVERYTHING produces accordingly to their own kind just like Jehovah God tells us, as brought out in the Bible Book of Genesis 1:24-25: ''Then God said, “Let the earth produce every sort of animal, each producing offspring of the same... show more But instead we OBSERVE(which is the definition of science), that EVERYTHING produces accordingly to their own kind just like Jehovah God tells us, as brought out in the Bible Book of Genesis 1:24-25: ''Then God said, “Let the earth produce every sort of animal, each producing offspring of the same kind—livestock, small animals that scurry along the ground, and wild animals.”
Update 6: And that is what happened. 25 God made all sorts of wild animals, livestock, and small animals, each able to produce offspring of the same kind. And God saw that it was good."(New Living Translation).
Update 7: Let's now deal with the other definition of science, which is: "a branch of knowledge or study dealing with a body of facts or truths systematically arranged and showing the operation of general laws: the mathematical sciences." (Source:http://www.dictionary.com/browse/science With this definition of... show more Let's now deal with the other definition of science, which is: "a branch of knowledge or study dealing with a body of facts or truths systematically arranged and showing the operation of general laws: the mathematical sciences." With this definition of science in mind the questions that comes up is this:
Update 8: 1) What general law(s)(part of the definition of science) occurred when the "Big bang" took place? This is an UNAVOIDABLE question that needs to be addressed, due to the fact that scientist recognize that EVERYTHING in our universe is govern by laws. This is an UNAVOIDABLE question that needs to be addressed, due to the fact that scientist recognize that EVERYTHING in our universe is govern by laws. So since that is the case then there would have to be some sort of general law(which is the definition of science) in order for the "big bang" to occur and be scientific.
Update 9: 2) What general law(s)(part of the definition of science) occurred when the evolution process took place? Since EVERYTHING has to follow general laws in order to exist, then what general laws did evolution followed in order to produce the right mathematical calculations in order for evolution to evolved things?
Update 10: For example, photosynthesis, the water cycle, our atmosphere, just to name a few, of some of the COMPLICATED processes that requires the right MATH FORMULAS(in conjunction with the physical laws), so that every living thing can survive. So how was it possible for something unintelligent, like evolution was able to... show more For example, photosynthesis, the water cycle, our atmosphere, just to name a few, of some of the COMPLICATED processes that requires the right MATH FORMULAS(in conjunction with the physical laws), so that every living thing can survive. So how was it possible for something unintelligent, like evolution was able to accomplish this remarkable achievement?
Update 11: Or does such complicated mathematical processes, proves intelligent Wisdom had to be behind such complicated things, and shows God Word The Bible to be ACCURATE, when it says this in the Bible Book of Proverbs 3:19: "Proverbs 3:19: "Jehovah founded the earth in wisdom. He solidly established the heavens in discernment."(New World Translation).

As you can see with the definition of the word science, burden of proof is on you to prove that evolution is scientific, since
Update 12: NOBODY EVER EYEWITNESS, any 'big bangs" able to discern what physical laws to follow in order to create things like we see in our universe. And no one ever EYEWITNESS, something unintelligent(like evolution or any inanimate objects) able to produce something that involved complicated mathematical problems.
