Not sure. I even work in a tough physical trade and i still make time for myself and workout. A great way to relieve stress and improve health. Best shape i was in was when i would work hard physical work all day and than go to gym. Injuries now prevent me from lifting like i used to. I found by doing bodyweight i was not being taxed so much and could do more. And i had more energy. As well as strength increase, immune system is even better i rarely get sick or have colds, And joint injury and soreness is almost non existent. And also i do eat healthier than i used too. At over 47 years of age i do not take any meds. I do not have blood pressure issue, high cholesterol or anything.
Your right I can not figure out why either. And what i like is i am in better physical condition than more than 75% of my younger workers i work with and stronger too.
Seems they don't think they need too. And seems many kids r young adults in my area had a phys ed class like i used to. I know do to cutbacks several years ago some school almost eliminated the phys ed programs, these kids ditched or didn't pay attention in class.
All it really takes is less than half an hour a day. It eliminates all ailment, improves posture, improves digestion, even mental health. Still uncertain why they think they do not need to workout.
Loosing weight and not exercising i see many with bad posture, skin conditions and they are skinny fat. Not healthy at all
All it takes is 6 or 7 basic exercises and a few minutes each day. Too bad I will outlive most of them and in better health as well.
