Which part of the day is best for playing tennis (except for mornings)?

    That would depend on where in the world you are and so the local temperatures expected. In countries with high heat, it would be pretty nuts to try to play tennis in the afternoon. I'd say early morning or early evening, depending on what you eat too!

    Evening is nice after it cools off. Courts are sometimes crowded around then though so you may have to wait a little.

    I love the mornings, but, the later you play in the day, the lower your blood pressure is. Which helps you warm up faster and reduces the chances of an injury. The only downside is that you aren't as alert.
